Exposure to two or more of these delivery streams is essential.

This role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, a structured approach to problem solving, and the confidence to lead workshops, coordinate delivery, and provide hands-on support where needed. You’ll be embedded in a team of specialists, helping shape outcomes that are strategically aligned and practically achievable. This role would suit someone with a consulting background who is interested in:

  • Joining a tight-knit, experienced team with strong leadership and a collaborative culture.
  • Opportunity to influence core design and commercial decisions.

The initial contract term is for 12 months, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. This role is based in Deakin, ACT although some work from home may be available. You must hold Australian Citizenship at the time of applying.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Support cross-functional workstreams (Transformation, Business Analysis, Procurement, or Financials) based on your experience and strengths.
  • Lead or co-facilitate stakeholder workshops, mapping requirements, surfacing risks, and building shared understanding.
  • Translate strategic direction into fit-for-purpose plans and delivery actions, coordinating dependencies across teams.
  • Develop clear artefacts such as procurement documents, business requirement documents, commercial principles, or financial models, in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Assist in procurement planning and execution including RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, contract alignment, and evaluation coordination.
  • Help uplift internal capability through practical guidance, templates, and knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain Program probity requirements.

Application Requirements:
