APS 6 – Procurement Systems Officer
The APS6 Procurement Systems Officer is required to provide detailed technical, professional, policy, operational support and advice in relation to complex problems. Where required, the role will coordinate and assist in the strategic planning, program and project management and policy development.

Duties
- Working with the Jira Service Desk, providing administrative support, including managing user accounts, customising workflows, monitoring system performance, resolving and escalating issues.
- Supporting end users of Procurement Jira Service Desk and developing training and guidance material.
- Documenting Jira configuration and issues resolution processes.
- Generating reports for the Procurement Branch utilising Jira Service Desk data.
- Collaborating with ICT and Procurement Branch stakeholders, achieving work area objectives
- Jira Service Desk administration, management, and reporting experience.
- Procurement experience, preferably in a Government Agency or Department
- Ability to understand and apply company policy and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Applicants must hold Australian citizenship.
- National Criminal History Records Check and completion of the Agency’s screening checks
