About the role


The APS5 Corporate Reporting is a team membership role that will perform procedural, clerical, administrative and operational tasks that support and contribute to the agencies objectives. You will support the branch by undertaking analysis and reporting activities.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing all corporate master data (from third party systems or within the agencies systems).
  • Developing and maintaining procedures for data collection, input, management and quality control.
  • Working with business areas to interpret Corporate Service data.
  • Working with other departments to improve the availability, accessibility and quality of Corporate Services data.
  • Developing data visualisations for senior executives and business areas.
  • Providing content, advice and support for regulatory and legislative reporting requirements.
  • Developing a suite of corporate reporting tools to support branch reporting.
  • Providing support for ongoing system and data projects.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience within a similar position within the APS
  • Experience developing data visualisations
