Our well‑established, locally focused business is looking for an experienced Office Supervisor to take the lead in day‑to‑day operations, oversee stock and suppliers, and support a small, hardworking team.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys being involved, knows how to juggle priorities, and takes pride in keeping an office running efficiently. You’ll be a key go‑to person for staff, suppliers and customers, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing
- Oversee office operations, stock levels and inventory control
- Coordinate ordering, forecasting and supplier relationships
- Support sales and customer service to ensure orders are accurate and on time
- Supervise, coach and support a small team to meet daily goals
- Keep processes organised, efficient and customer‑focused
- Be a visible, reliable presence in the office—leading by example
- Experience in an office supervisor, stock control, administration or operations role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Practical leadership style—supportive, approachable and fair
- Comfortable in a busy, hands‑on environment
- A positive, can‑do attitude with a strong customer focus
- Stable, non‑mine‑site role based in Kalgoorlie
