We are seeking an organised, proactive Program Coordinator / Case Support Specialist to join a dedicated team focused on delivering high-impact government-funded services. Brisbane, QLD (Hybrid up to 4 days per week)
8.30am - 4.30pm Monday - Friday
Competitive remuneration - $65 per hour + super

About the Role
In this role, you will support the delivery of key programs that align with policy and strategic priorities. You will work closely with stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement practices, and help ensure services are delivered professionally and efficiently.

You’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring clients are supported through tailored case support activities, quality program coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality case support and program coordination activities in line with legislative and policy requirements.
  • Engage with clients to understand needs, monitor progress and ensure service delivery aligns with program objectives.
  • Prepare accurate and timely documentation including progress reports, correspondence and briefings.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to team initiatives aimed at enhancing outcomes and service efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in case support, program coordination, community services or related roles.
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to produce clear, concise reports.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Experience interpreting policies and applying guidelines in a practical setting.
  • Leadership experience in a similiar position
