Brisbane, QLD (Hybrid work model up to 4 days WFH per week following training)
Full-time business hours - 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday with extension potential
Competitive Hourly Rate - $55 + Super

What You’ll Do
- Provide effective case management and ensure outcomes are achieved in line with legislative requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefs and correspondence that support sound decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance program delivery.
- Balance workload priorities and contribute to team goals.
- Experience in case management, program coordination, or similar roles within government or large organisations.
- Ability to interpret policy and apply it to real-world scenarios.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Hybrid work flexibility (1 x office + 4 x WFH per week).
