I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Organisational Design professional to join a high-performing government team in a contract role through to 31 December 2026.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across workforce planning, role design, and organisational structure in a complex environment.

- Developing and maintaining role statements aligned to organisational frameworks
- Supporting workforce planning and organisational structure design
- Providing advice on organisational design, role evaluations, and classification matters
- Conducting organisational reviews and identifying improvement opportunities
- Delivering organisational design projects end-to-end
- Supporting broadbanding, Professional and Legal Officer requests, and APS role evaluations
- Experience in organisational design, workforce planning, or HR projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident engaging with stakeholders and providing advice
- Experience working within government or structured frameworks (highly regarded)
- Contract until 31/12/2026
- $60.26 per hour + super
