Job description

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Assistant Business Administration Officer to join a busy government team. This role is ideal for a strong administrator who thrives working with high volumes of data, maintains exceptional accuracy, and is comfortable managing repetitive tasks while upholding quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately input visitor data from Excel spreadsheets and email sources into Salesforce. 
    • Organise, store, and maintain data within designated content management systems and Outlook folders.
    • Provide timely updates in Salesforce and related systems to support reporting and analysis.
    • Enter and manage other licence documentation within Salesforce and approved content systems.
    • Support broader administrative tasks to assist the licensing team.
    • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail while processing large volumes of information.
    • Ensure all data handling adheres to organisational standards, privacy requirements, and integrity controls.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

✔ Strong administrative experience, ideally within a fast-paced or high-volume environment
✔ High proficiency in data entry with excellent accuracy
✔ Experience with Salesforce (highly desirable)
✔ Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks without loss of focus
✔ Great attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity
✔ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team
