- 12-month contract with possibility of extension
- $602.55 per day + super
- Working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

The EL1 Assistant Domain Owner will work under broad direction to deliver quality outcomes across agency functions. This leadership role involves managing complex issues and risks, overseeing team members and contractors, and making high-level decisions to support agency objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead data and analytics for participant and provider digital products
- Coordinate production and support of digital products for efficiency and usability
- Collaborate with Product Owners during design, build, and operations phases
- Supervise and mentor Business Analysts, fostering continuous improvement
- Work with senior leadership and stakeholders to prioritise issues
- Capture insights on user experience and accessibility gaps
- Lead projects through design and build phases
- Support Domain Owner with documentation and approvals
- Define requirements for artefacts and user stories
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions and showcases
- Ensure digital products meet needs of participants and internal users
- Guide prototype development and testing, refining designs based on feedback
- Act as primary contact for resolving development issues and enable collaboration
- Experienced leader of business analysts and service designers
- Skilled in project delivery and stakeholder management
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration
