Job description

 Role: Business Support Officer
• Location: Dubbo (on-site only)
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 31 December 2025
• Pay Rate: $51.43/hour + Super
• Working Hours: 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week

We are currently seeking a Business Support Officer to join a government team in Dubbo. This role is key to supporting administrative operations and helping deliver essential services to the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a range of administrative and office support services
  • Manage and process business information to ensure accuracy, proper storage, and accessibility
  • Use technology to prepare documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain and enhance administrative systems, suggesting improvements where needed
  • Manage filing systems in line with information security and recordkeeping standards
  • Coordinate meetings and facilitate information flow with other internal teams
  • Provide general team support and assist other admin staff as required
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities
Essential Requirements:
