We are partnering with a well‑established property and strata services organisation to recruit a Body Corporate Assistant Manager to support the delivery of high‑quality management services across residential, commercial and mixed‑use communities.
Working closely with an experienced Body Corporate Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring shared living environments are professionally managed, compliant and well maintained. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and customer service skills who is looking to build a long‑term career in strata, property or real estate services. Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Key responsibilities:
- Providing responsive and accurate administrative support to Body Corporate Managers
- Managing correspondence including emails, letters, meeting notices, minutes and work orders
- Coordinating urgent, scheduled and preventative maintenance with contractors
- Assisting with the preparation and administration of Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including notices, agendas and minutes
- Maintaining accurate records, registers and owner information
- Supporting fee and levy processes, including arrears follow‑ups under direction
- Assisting with insurance administration, including policy renewals and claims support
- Responding to owner, committee and contractor enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with central support teams to ensure documentation and reporting is up to date

You will ideally bring:
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service, property or professional services environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to learn legislation and processes
- A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
