Available Now! 2 x Business Administration Officer(s) - Initial 6-month contract with possible permanency – South Hedland, Pilbara, WA  

Rate: $45 per hour plus Super (12%) 
Location: South Hedland, Pilbara WA  
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week 
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with possible extension and/or permanency for the right candidate 
Type: Initial temporary casual contract with view to extend and/or permanency  

We are seeking two experienced Business Administration Officers for our state government client in the Pilbara (South Hedland office). 

Duties to include: 
  • Credit card reconciliation 
  • Good Customer Service skills – internal and external / light reception duties 
  • Fleet and plant administration support 
  • Ordering stationery and PPE 
  • Coding invoices in Total Agility 
  • Records Management in Content Manager (TRIM) 
  • Booking travel and accommodation 
  • Updating spreadsheets 
  • Ordering catering 
  • Organising couriers 
  • Quarterly fixed assets stocktake 
  • Booking training 
  • Other administrative tasks as required 
Other duties depending on experience: 
  • Assisting the Procurement Co-ordinator with contract administration 
  • Assisting the Finance Co-ordinator with budget adjustments, journals and other finance related tasks 
Permanency: 
Any candidates that are successful in obtaining permanency after the initial contract period will be able to access subsidised housing and rental schemes, as well as other regional allowances. 

About you: 
  • 3-5+ years' experience in administration/accounts positions 
  • Full unrestricted working rights within Australia at the time of application 
  • All candidates must currently be based in South Hedland
  • Current National Police Clearance 
  • Current “C” Class driver’s license 
  • Willing to undergo drug and alcohol screening if successful
