Call Centre Operator
 
DFP Recruitment is thrilled to present an outstanding contract opportunity with one of our largest clients in Perth CBD. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Centre Operator to join their team. As a Call Centre Operator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering accurate information.
  • Adhere to call scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery.
  • Strive to achieve KPIs set by the company, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to supervisors for enhancing customer service efficiency.
 
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer service call centre role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly on your feet.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving set targets and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in using call centre software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
