Job description

Our client plays an important role in the local Goldfields-Esperance region and currently has two exciting vacancies available.

1. Experienced Executive Assistant
2. Administration/Projects Support Officer

We are seeking the services of experienced administrators for immediate start as short-term cover support and may extend to ongoing opportunities within the Kalgoorlie Division.
The successful candidate will be required to provide secretarial, administrative and research support to the CEO and other senior personnel across the organisation.
In addition, we are seeking the support of a high-level administrator with demonstrated abilities to multitask, provide exception oral/written communication, high level of attention to detail.
Duties include:
Exceptional customer service skills
Data Entry / Records management
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence
Exceptional oral and written communication, with the ability to liaise with people across various sectors
To be considered, you must be able to provide the following;
·      Current Drivers Licence (essential along with your own transport)
·      Ability to pass if required for the role a Pre-employment Medical Assessment
·      A recent National Police Clearance
·      Must be residing in Kalgoorlie with current Australian Work Rights
