We are seeking a number of experienced Client Liaison Officers for our Queensland State Government client based in Southport.
In this role you will support operations functions associated with the administration and management of fines through excellent client service delivery via various mediums including telephone, in writing, online within a contact centre environment.
As a Client Liaison Officer you will:

As a Client Liaison Officer you will:
- Deliver outstanding client service through various mediums, including telephone, written communication, and online channels.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyse, interpret and apply legislation, information and data to make effective decisions when assisting customers
- Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail and the ability to work within defined policies and legislation
- Demonstrate prior experience within a contact centre
- Possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with a diverse range of customers
- Have sound computer skills and the ability to learn new systems
