The opportunity
This role offers positions of both full time or part time, using a rotating rostered environment. Successful candidates will have 6-8 week paid full time training with further opportunities and pathways for career growth.

The Role

This opportunity is open to any level of candidate from Entry Level to those with experience in Contact Centres or within the Banking Sector.
Situated within a reputable banking institution, the Contact Centre Consultant is responsible for handling inbound enquiries and transactions as well as outbound follow-up activity.
 
The Consultant may operate in any of the Contact Centre functions (ie. Lending, Insurance, General Enquiries, Specialist Enquiries). In all customer engagements, the Consultant will provide exceptional customer service by:
  • Communicating the company brand and value proposition
  • Fully understand the customers’ needs
  • Offering ancillary products where relevant
This role is open to any level of candidate from Entry Level to those with experience in Contact Centres or within the Banking Sector.
