As part of a growing commercial function, they are seeking experienced Contract Administrators to support the management of service agreements and ensure compliance, efficiency, and uninterrupted delivery.
About the Role
This is a Docklands-based Contract Administrator position offered on a 12-month contract with potential for extension. You will be responsible for stewarding and administering vendor contracts and service orders to ensure uninterrupted goods and service delivery, compliance with controls, and accurate reporting.

About the Role
This is a Docklands-based Contract Administrator position offered on a 12-month contract with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and amend service requests for Production Operations contract service providers in SAP.
- Process service entries for contract agreements in SAP.
- Liaise daily with contractor representatives to resolve issues related to purchase orders and invoice payments.
- Provide contract status reports to management.
- Ensure effective contract administration through records management, compliance, and adherence to procurement and business requirements.
- Support Accounts Payable as required.
- Coordinate contractor performance evaluations and capture results for future contract considerations.
- Work with Contract Advisors and Procurement on renewals, awards, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
You’re an experienced contracts or procurement professional, ideally with exposure to complex operational environments or the energy sector. You bring a strong compliance mindset, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels.
You bring:
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration and vendor engagement within large organisations.
- Strong SAP proficiency and understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Knowledge of contract terms and conditions, compliance frameworks, and governance requirements.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills for reporting and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural setting.
