Job description

Our client, a recognised home appliance brand is looking to expand their team in Australia. Their customers are at the heart of everything they do, and they are looking for experienced and passionate customer service administrators to assist in the repair services division providing first level technical support to customers. Your proven customer service skills and strong problem solving, and analytical abilities will see you thrive in this vibrant contact centre environment.
 
The role;
  • Co-ordinating warranty repair services
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with Service Agents across the country
  • Following up on Service Agent reports and findings
  • Outbound communication to clients and service agents to provide updates
  • Navigating CRM, systems and office programs and phone software
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve warranty claims
  • General administrative and data entry tasks

This is a full time ongoing contract position. Successful applicants will be flexible to work a rotational roster between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
