Job description

An ongoing Customer Service opportunity has arisen for a technically savvy and customer focused individual to join South East Water. Located in Frankston – SEW has established an exceptional reputation delivering on quality and top tier customer service.

This will be a flexible rotating roster between the hours of 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Full time training will commence early July.

Working within the Customer Contact team your primary purpose for your role is to provide the highest level support to consumers.  

Your responsibilities will incorporate:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all consumers
  • Efficient and professional response to all service and billing enquiries
  • Effectively resolving customer complaints minimising customer escalations
  • Proactive in collecting customer data to provide solutions in accordance with company policies
  • Process financial adjustments in a timely manner
  • Participate in implementing process and procedure improvements
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
  • Exceptional customer service experience – Retail, Hospitality, Customer Service 
  • Previous experience in a technical or service call centre is highly advantageous
  • Possess professional interpersonal skills with analytical reasoning
  • Ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences in verbal and written form
  • High typing accuracy in 35 words per minute at a minimum
  • Agility in using multiple software platforms simultaneously
