Customer Service Representative – Permanent Part-Time

DFP Recruitment is working with a well-established organisation in the supply-chain and logistics industry. We’re looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to help keep daily operations running smoothly. If you take pride in doing a good job and enjoy being part of a solid team, this could be the role for you.

What does the job look like?In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance. You’ll work alongside an experienced team that keeps things moving every day. Your main duties will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and understanding customer needs
  • Updating systems with job details and requests
  • Coordinating and scheduling support when required
  • Keeping customers updated on job progress
  • Working with field staff to organise service calls
About youYou’re someone who communicates clearly, listens well, and stays calm under pressure. You’ll be a great fit if you can demonstrate:

  • Strong customer service skills (call centre experience preferred)
  • Availability to work a permanent part-time roster, Wednesday to Sunday, 2:00pm – 8:00pm
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
  • A practical, problem-solving attitude
  • Good relationship-building and organisational skills
  • Confidence using computers and multiple systems
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
