Our client is a leading utilities company and largest ASX listed owner, operator, and developer of renewable energy generation in the country, focused on delivering new, innovative and integrated offering to meet the changing needs of customers in an ever-changing utilities environment.

We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for great permanent opportunities within their Customer Solutions Department.

About the Role

 
You will be responsible for managing a variety of inbound customer enquiries. You will organise payment arrangements for customers, provide solution-based sales products that best fits the customer needs (where appropriate) and generally provide our customers with a great experience when they call.
 
  • Handling a variety of customer enquiries, with a focus on Customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication skills and a good understanding of customer needs.
  • Solution based selling, via cross selling and value adding
  • Managing and maintaining customer accounts, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • KPI’s, meeting and exceeding set targets continuously.
  • Availability to work on a rotational roster between 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and rostered between 8am – 4.30pm on Saturdays.
  • Start date 26th September 2022
