Job description

Our client an established and growing Australian technology organisation is seeking an Customer Support Administrator to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.This position is focused on managing inbound enquiries and coordinating outbound customer engagement activities. You will play a central role in handling communications, arranging meetings, and providing reliable administrative support across the business.

Being comfortable with technology and systems will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and responding to all inbound phone and email enquiries
  • Coordinating and scheduling customer meetings
  • Providing general administrative and email support
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up
  • Accurately recording information in the company CRM
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in an administration or office support role
  • Excellent telephone and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, confident and self-motivated approach
  • A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Sound technical skills (desirable)
