The Opportunity
Responsible for importing, cleansing, validating and analysing data with the purpose of understanding or drawing conclusions from the data. May consolidate and/or present data in charts, graphs, or tables. Focused on improving data quality. Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.

This position
Would typically include senior Data Analyst with extensive prior experience. Generally, has ability to work with other departments and management to determine organizational goals, pinpoint trends, correlations, and patterns in complicated data sets.
The PositionA motivated self-starter, your drive to help deliver business efficiencies will reward you with a fast-paced and diverse role where you will be responsible for the provision of professional and high-quality administrative support to the team through the following responsibilities:
  • Strong analytical, verbal and written communication
  • Report preparation and Data analysis
  • Offshore roster and logistics
  • Maintaining training schedule
  • Communication with other departments
  • Administration tasks

  • an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • experienced in business and administrative systems, proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • able to work methodically, accurately, and neatly
  • able to maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion
  • payroll experience beneficial but not essential
