About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to join our National client supporting multiple Senior Managers. This position is primarily based in Adelaide CBD, from time to time you may be required to travel to another site in Adelaide North.
This is a fast-paced, high-trust role requiring someone who is switched on, reliable, and professional, with proven experience managing highly confidential information and balancing competing priorities. You will work alongside knowledgeable and supportive Executive Assistants and report directly to a senior leader.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level EA/PA support to multiple stakeholders
- Manage complex diaries, meeting coordination and competing priorities
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation to a high standard
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support shared administration within an EA Hub environment
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilise Microsoft Office and internal systems efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn systems quickly
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- A current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel between the Adelaide CBD and Adelaide North
