  • Location: Parramatta, NSW | Hybrid
  • Contract: 6 months (possibility of extension) | 40 hrs/week
  • Pay: $330 -$430 per day + super
About the Role:

Our client is seeking 2 detail-oriented HR Operations Officers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data. You will be the first point of contact for processing organisational and people transactions in Dayforce, managing service requests, and delivering a seamless internal customer experience while working closely with HR and service delivery teams.

About You:

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR professional who:
  • Has 3+ years’ experience in HR administration or HR operations
  • Is skilled in HR systems (HRIS) and service/ticketing tools
  • Has experience with Dayforce and/or ServiceNow
  • Has worked in HR shared services or operational HR roles
  • Maintains a strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and process discipline
  • Can manage multiple tasks, meet SLAs, and prioritise effectively
  • Communicates clearly and provides excellent internal customer service
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment and adapts to change
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process employee and organisational data changes using service management tools
  • Maintain HR data accuracy in Dayforce (HRIS) and support audits
  • Validate requests against HR policies, employment agreements, and legislation
  • Escalate non-standard or complex requests to Tier 2 support
  • Serve as a Dayforce superuser, supporting testing and process improvements
  • Collaborate with People & Culture teams to deliver a seamless service experience
