Key Accountabilities:
- Requirement gathering – Work closely with the business teams to gather and document their Salesforce requirements and business priorities.
- Business Analysis - Undertake business analysis to assess and document business requirements and trends to enable informed business decisions and support strategic activities.
- Process Design and Improvements – Gather, review and document business processes and contribute to continuous improvement in business processes within the unit to ensure Salesforce is used effectively to drive business activities and support business needs.
- Solution Design – Use the business requirement and Salesforce knowledge to contribute to the design of new solutions and improvements to existing solutions.
- Testing - Test new Salesforce functionality before the business teams conduct their user testing.
- Salesforce Training - Deliver monthly and ongoing Salesforce training sessions.
- Data Management - Continuously work on data activities to improve data quality.
- Salesforce support – First line of support for any Salesforce improvements and issues.
- Continuous improvement - Work on Salesforce BAU and minor improvement tasks to keep the platform updated and maintained consistently.
- Prioritisation and Planning - Contribute to Salesforce project prioritisation, planning, and governance to deliver critical and complex activities and the achievement of expected benefits plus contribute to the evaluation of project feasibility including business requirements, forecasting and planning for the realisation of anticipated benefits and ensure project scope is aligned with business priorities.
- Governance - Deliver and maintain Salesforce for the organisation ensuring alignment to relevant policies, processes and procedures
- Risk Management - Ensure that business and technology risks are appropriately identified, managed, and reported
