We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals at the ASO6, ASO7, and ASO8 levels to join a high-performing team driving major capital projects and accommodation initiatives across South Australia.
These roles will contribute to the planning, acquisition, design, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects that support community safety and operational excellence. You’ll work within a collaborative unit focused on value-for-money outcomes, innovation, and strategic asset management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading or supporting the delivery of major infrastructure and property relocation projects
- Managing land and leasing transactions, capital works, and stakeholder engagement
- Providing strategic advice, feasibility studies, and high-level reporting
- Ensuring compliance with government procurement, financial, and WHS frameworks
- Driving change management and continuous improvement across project governance
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in property, project management, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in infrastructure planning and capital project delivery
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and financial management skills
- High-level written and verbal communication abilities
