About the Role:
As an Integrity & Risk Consultant, you will play a key role in embedding integrity as a core organisational value. You will facilitate corporate integrity programs, gather and analyse insights, and prepare critical corporate reports and ministerial responses. Your expertise will be instrumental in reviewing policy and governance documents related to risk and integrity management, as well as assisting with and delivering risk management workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Organisational Integrity: Champion integrity as a core value across the organisation, ensuring it is embedded in all corporate activities.
- Facilitate Corporate Programs: Lead and support corporate integrity programs and processes, ensuring they are effective and aligned with organisational goals.
- Analyse and Report: Gather insights, analyse trends, and prepare comprehensive reports, briefing notes, and ministerial responses.
- Policy and Governance Review: Review and provide feedback on policy and governance documents, ensuring they align with best practices in risk and integrity management.
- Workshop Participation: Assist in the preparation and delivery of risk management workshops, providing valuable insights and facilitating learning.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with various business areas within Main Roads, offering initial support and advice on integrity and risk management enquiries.
- Facilitation and Presentation Skills: Proven ability to lead workshops, present complex information, and engage stakeholders effectively.
- Written Communication: Strong skills in report writing and preparing clear, concise documents for a range of audiences.
- Stakeholder Relationship Building: Demonstrated experience in building and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Risk/Integrity Management: Experience in managing corporate risk and integrity programs.
- Governance/Policy Work: Familiarity with governance frameworks and policy development.
