Join our team 

Reporting to our State Manager for NSW, as IT Resourcer you will support the DFP Technology team by sourcing temporary/contract candidates through a variety of different sourcing channels within agreed timeframes. Developing and maintaining candidate relationships and continuously building your IT network with comprehensive knowledge of the local IT market will ensure your success in this role. Working predominantly across State & Federal Government areas, this is an exciting opportunity to help us continue to expand our IT network.  

 What you will bring to the role; 

  • Previous candidate management and sourcing experience, preferably within IT/Technology 
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates  
  • Proven ability to source appropriate candidates through various channels 
  • Previous end to end Recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment 
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to excel under pressure 
 

Qualifications/Experience 

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification (IT/Commerce) highly desirable  
  • ICT recruitment within an identifiable NSW Government contract labour hire supplier highly desirable 
  • Interview experience utilising behavioural techniques. 
  • Experience using VMS Systems (Fieldglass & Beeline) LinkedIn recruiter, bullion search and other search methods such as x-ray searching
