- State Government Opportunity – Parramatta, NSW
- Contract till 31 July 2026, with possibility of extension
- $52.41 per hour + super
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, flexible arrangements with 50% WFH)
- Current NSW Class C driver’s license and general construction induction card (White Card)
- Willingness to travel to remote locations at short notice
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Officer to deliver efficient and effective property maintenance and facilities management services for government employee housing. You will coordinate repairs, monitor service providers, and ensure properties are maintained to high standards, helping provide safe and secure housing across NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor service providers to ensure maintenance work is completed on time, to standard, and within budget.
- Analyse maintenance data and provider performance, recommending improvements.
- Document and maintain maintenance standards and guidelines for staff and service providers.
- Ensure all maintenance services comply with legislation, policies, and procurement requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support service delivery.
- Experience in maintenance management, preferably with third-party service providers.
- Current NSW Class C driver’s license and general construction induction card (White Card).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel to remote locations at short notice.
