Expression of Interest – Receptionist & Administrator Opportunities
Location: Melbourne CBD & Inner Suburbs | Employment Type: Temporary, Part-Time & Full-Time
We are currently seeking expressions of interest from candidates for upcoming Medical Receptionist and Medical Administration roles across Melbourne CBD and the inner suburbs.

Your responsibilities:
  • Greet patients warmly
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries
  • Process Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and private billing claims
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
  • Support doctors and allied health staff with administrative tasks
 
About you:
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role is essential
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in medical software (e.g. Best Practice, PracSoft, Zedmed) or willingness to learn
  • A caring, patient‑centred approach
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
