Our client is involved with the agricultural supplies across 32 sites around Australia. With a keen focus on sustainability and the community they pride themselves on producing high quality products. They are an Australian owned company and the countries largest commercial provider of high performance animal nutrition solutions, producing around 2million tonnes of feed from Australian grown grains.  

The Opportunity

The Position
Key responsibilities for this individual will include but are not limited to;
  • General processes that meet daily production and quarterly targets
  • Ensure all aspects of manufacturing process are planned and executed safely and with targets in mind
  • Accurate inventory reconciliation, reporting to site management
  • Quality assurance practices including testing of grains, pulses and pellet size are complaint with national company guidelines
  • Identify and report non-conformances
  • Forklift driving
  • Manual duties
  • Operation of grain intake system
  • Accurate dip measurements and assistance with inventory control
  • Assist in stock takes
  • Compliance with policies, procedures and safe work practices

  • Hold a current driver’s licence and forklift licence
  • Have sound knowledge of Occupation Health and Safety
  • Proficient with computers and software not limited to MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Have a strong attention to detail
  • Are reliable and motivated to exceed
  • Have outstanding communication skills
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Are able to work shift work and overtime as required
