Job description

ASO3 Personal Assistant

DFP are currently recruiting for a personal assistant to join a State Gov client for an ASAP start located in Adelaide CBD. 
 
Key Duties
  • Manage diary, appointments, meetings, travel and flow of briefings.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, correspondence, memos, cabinet submissions and follow-up documentation.
  • Deliver general administrative services such as word processing, spreadsheets, routine correspondence and phone enquiries.
  • Maintain effective filing, recordkeeping and correspondence systems.
  • Support committees through agenda preparation, minute taking and monitoring follow-up actions.
  • Review office systems and procedures, recommending improvements.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by reporting incidents, hazards and complying with WHS requirements.
Role Requirements
  • A Police Check that is valid within 6 months
  • Experience within the State Government an advantage
  • At least 1 year experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant
