Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service technicians for routine maintenance, installations, and emergency repairs
- Optimise scheduling to ensure efficient use of technician time and resources
- Facilitate all site entry, compliance, and mobilisation requirements
- Monitor technician availability and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent requests or changes
- Assess customer service needs and recommend appropriate service plans
- Ensure all costs are accurately applied to service work orders in a timely manner
- Generate post-service invoices in line with company guidelines
- Maintain and update service databases and customer records
- Prepare reports on service utilisation, customer outcomes, and service effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and service delivery
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of service coordination processes
- Perform additional duties as directed, within your competency and training
Internal
- Work closely with service technicians to support efficient service delivery
- Build positive working relationships with technicians through clear communication and support
- Collaborate with sales, parts, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Communicate effectively with customers to coordinate service delivery
- Develop and maintain strong external relationships
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
