Job description

Join a major State Government modernisation program focused on transforming finance systems and service delivery. This high-profile project is adopting a greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, leveraging the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to drive future-ready solutions.


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Principal Analyst (BTP Extensibility) to lead the technical implementation of extensibility solutions, mentor the team, and ensure alignment with architectural and security standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and support of SAP BTP solutions.
  • Deliver scalable, standardised, and secure extensibility features.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP BTP architecture, integrations, and analytics.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure legislative and security compliance.
  • Support team planning and mentor other developers and engineers.
  • Identify technical risks and mitigate them through collaboration and innovation.

About You
  • Extensive experience with SAP BTP platform architecture and extensibility.
  • High-level technical capability across integration, development, and DevOps.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communicator who can simplify complex technical issues.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary project environments.

Highly Regarded
  • Experience integrating third-party products and custom extensions.
  • Degree qualifications in Information Technology or related field.
