The Organisation

DFP Recruitment is a strong national brand with an established team in Canberra. The Scribing & Projects team support wide range of Government recruitment processes. We work with a number of agencies and departments and support recruitment from graduate to executive levels.
 
The Opportunity 
                                                                                                 

Working as a Project Support Coordinator as part of our existing Projects team, you will support our Government clients with their recruitment processes at several stages. Under direction, your responsibilities will include:
  • Consolidating recruitment reports
  • Assessing candidate applications
  • Scheduling & coordinating interviews
  • Attending and note-taking during interviews
  • Reviewing & Quality Assuring interview reports
  • Completing reference checks for our clients.
 
Training will be provided on the job and there will be an opportunity to assist with project recruitment and participate in large national campaigns. 
 
Skills and experience 
  • To be successful in this role you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete and review work for high-profile recruitment process
  • Very strong level of attention to detail
  • Ability to present professionally at all times and act with discretion in accessing sensitive information.
