With a strong presence across Australia, their Melbourne-based project delivery team is driving large-scale improvements to public-facing infrastructure and services.
About the Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering mid-sized projects end-to-end, supporting the success of a major public transport program. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives aligned to broader business and customer objectives.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery across business and technical projects
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and reporting across the full project lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to maintain momentum and resolve issues
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, charters, and risk registers
- Ensure projects adhere to internal frameworks, governance, and compliance standards
- Communicate progress and key updates to senior stakeholders and steering groups
- 5–7 years’ experience managing mid-sized projects, ideally in a matrixed environment
- Strong skills in planning, stakeholder engagement, and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with clarity and influence across all levels
- The capacity to work with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and multiple stakeholders
- A relevant tertiary qualification (essential)
- PMP or PMI certification (desirable)
- Previous experience in transport, ticketing, or public sector programs (advantageous)
