About the Role
We’re seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to join our clients Digital Product Delivery team. Reporting to the Digital Product Delivery Lead, you’ll drive end-to-end execution across multiple projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality while keeping business value as the primary measure of success.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Own delivery across multiple concurrent projects from initiation to completion.
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum) to deliver outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Manage scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and quality effectively.
- Oversee financial management and ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage multi-vendor relationships for successful delivery.
- Engage with non-IT business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Proven experience with Scrum/Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong financial management and vendor management skills.
- Hands-on delivery experience with end-to-end ownership.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and manage risks and dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in financial services and People, Safety & Governance areas (HR, procurement, health & safety).
- Understanding of operational workflows in finance, HR, and procurement.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and supporting change adoption.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile.
- Familiarity with tools like Planview and Azure DevOps.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process efficiencies.
- HR/People Portal enhancements
- Esri upgrade
- Test Automation initiatives
- Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Data and AI projects across PSG and FCS
