The Role

Our National Project team require experienced recruiters to support project activities for large Federal Government graduate projects and  ensure the timely delivery of outcomes to a quality standard. Key responsibilities include conducting behavioural interviews at assessments centres and assessing work sample assessments. You enjoy volume recruitment work, have strong attention to detail, agility and great communication skills. 

Your Experience

Your background may include:
  • Track record working in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment teams
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting behavioural interviews
  • Experience with competency-based assessments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong customer service focus
  • Intermediate administration skills 
 
What you will need
  • A quiet home environment with a dedicated and safe home office
  • A PC / Laptop with internal or external webcam capability
  • Reliable internet
