Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and agile Project Specilaist to join our State Government client in a fast paced and exciting project. This role will play a key role in accelerating the delivery of new and existing housing programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive robust business cases and manage approval processes
• Establish fit-for-purpose project governance frameworks
• Prepare and present high-quality briefings and presentation materials for senior stakeholders
• Collaborate across departments to support and deliver innovative housing initiatives

Essential Criteria:
• Demonstrated experience in residential development and/or project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to operate effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
