Job description

Our client, one of Australia’s leading Telecommunications organisations, is currently seeking a suitably experienced Customer Service Consultant to act as their first point of contact for all visitors to their Melbourne CBD office.

This is a 12 Month contract opportunity to work in a dynamic reception and administration role where you will manage the front desk ensuring all visitors are welcomed and serviced. You will be maintaining accurate records of visitors whilst providing excellent customer service and ensuring a high level of security to the building.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Welcome and manage general enquiries from company clients, visitors and staff.
  • Log all client, visitor and contractor entries through visitor management system.
  • Process and issue secure ID and access passes to company clients, visitors, and staff in line with security policy
  • Manage general enquiries from customers by providing site and client services information.
  • Maintaining the professional presentation of the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Actively responding to necessary tasks to support facilities management department.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service and/or reception.
  • Excellent customer service and administration skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism at all times whist ensuring company compliance.
  • High level resilience and problem solving ability
  • Professional personal appearance, excellent self-presentation – uniforms will be provided.
The successful candidate will be available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:30am and 5pm in the Melbourne CBD.
