We are seeking an experienced and proactive Registered Conveyancer to join a reputable South Australian legal firm. This role provides key support to the firm’s Conveyancing and Property teams, managing files from start to finish and delivering exceptional service across residential, agricultural, and commercial property transactions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage conveyancing files from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.
- Prepare and lodge Land Titles Office forms and other required documentation.
- Act on transfers, refinances, and discharge of mortgage matters.
- Conduct settlements electronically via PEXA (or by paper as required).
- Review and draft contracts, calculate settlement figures, and carry out due diligence.
- Provide advice and support to a wide range of clients and referrers.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with current legislation and firm procedures.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience as a Registered Conveyancer or File Manager working towards registration.
- Prior conveyancing experience within a law firm environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PEXA (Affinity experience desirable).
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.
