Job description

An exciting full time contract opportunity has arisen for an exceptional customer service and administration focused candidate to join a Australian owned and operated organisation! This organisation located in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne specialising in outdoor equipment has established an exceptional reputation for delivering high quality products and an exceptional level of service.  

This is a busy administrative support role assisting customers from their initial enquiry and quote requests through to the production and delivery of their purchases!  

Your responsibilities will incorporate:
  • Responding to customer queries requirements
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders and invoicing
  • Processing of orders from initial query to delivery of stock
  • Updating customer records and sales reports
  • Building internal and eternal relationships to track deliveries and ensure allocation of stock
  • Ordering and purchasing parts and materials for jobs
  • General administration support to the sales department 
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
  • Previous administration and business support experience 
  • Ability to liaise with customers over a range of products and services 
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Intermediate MS Office Skills specifically Excel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

This role is currently located in Carrum Downs however will be relocating to Clyde in the coming months. You will work between the hours of 9am-5pm with some flexibility of working from home offered to the successful candidate!
