DFP Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator for one of our largest State Government clients. A Salesforce Administrator plays a crucial part within the Salesforce Team, focusing on the development of new features and the maintenance of existing functionality to improve the department's Salesforce implementations. The position entails both support duties and the implementation of minor enhancements and modifications.

Key accountabilities:
  • Provide level two (L2) support for the Salesforce platform including configuration, testing ,implementing enhancements and deployments.
  • Conduct system health checks, org refresh activities , release updates and quality assurance on outcomes. Should provide inputs for upcoming salesforce release changes that might impact the production instance.
  • Identify and establish working relationships with business analysts identifying business processes requiring advice and services, including establishing effective feedback on system performance and usability.
  • Manage and ensure the effective implementation of system changes, including conduct tests, assist with debugging, and support implementation processes through the delivery and ongoing review of user and system documentation.
  • Identify and analyse operational requirements, investigate the cause of customer queries and issues, and formulate and implement solutions.
Role Description Salesforce Administrator:
  • Consult with vendors and service providers to support the resolution of second level technical or service-related issues that impact on the operation of Salesforce.
  • Manage the production environment, including deployment of releases to production.
  • Create standard reports and dashboards for business.
Skills and  experience:
  • Experience of working with large and complex technical infrastructures.
  • Experience in being responsible for the maintenance of large, complex Salesforce systems.
  • Expert knowledge in configuring and maintaining Salesforce implementations.
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications for administration and development.
  • CI/CD release and deployment skills using tool such as git , bitbucket, azure , source tree, vscode.
  • Knowledge to implement solution using flow builder .
  • Knowledge to do data upload to salesforce using tool such as data loader.
