  • Manage document review workflows, ensuring timely approvals, accurate revision control, and full traceability of comments, changes, and decisions.
  • Maintain document registers, metadata standards, and naming conventions to ensure consistency, integrity, and easy retrieval.
  • Provide expert guidance on document control systems (e.g., Objective, SharePoint), including classification, workflows, and retrieval processes.
  • Support project start‑up and close‑out processes, including document handover requirements, archival procedures, and register finalisation.

  • Prepare progress reports, workflow summaries, and documentation insights, and lead document control meetings as required.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced proficiency with EDMS/CDE platforms such as Aconex, Content Manager, SharePoint, or ProjectWise.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, technical documentation, and project lifecycle requirements.
  • Knowledge of document control standards, quality management systems, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing project demands.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport across engineering, project, and contractor teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capability, with the ability to influence, support change, and work effectively in a cross‑functional environment.
