Contract Duration - 5 months contract with extension
Location – VIC
Security clearance -Must be able to obtain Baseline
 
DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Government Client team. 
 
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies and contribute to larger Release Train activities at the direction of the Release Train Engineer.
  • Act as a leader for the squad and mentor team members to deliver required outcomes for each release.
  • Provide recommendations and manage outcomes through leadership.
  • Manage squad delivery backlog and assist in planning for program increments, sprints, and blockers.
  • Drive the adoption of CI/CD, Agile, and DevOps practices in a growing and evolving environment.
  • Build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to encourage smooth delivery processes.
  • Foster trust with the business and stakeholders through consistent, reliable delivery.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and deliver technically focused results.
Skills and Experience:
  • 3–5 years’ experience in ICT or technical team leadership, with a strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, SDLC, and end-to-end software delivery.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Scrum Master for Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Scrum Master Certification.
  • Proven experience coaching teams on agile methods, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to positively influence team culture and lead by example.
  • Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement skills.
