Our Client:  
Our client is  a leader in the healthcare industry dedicated to providing exceptional corporate vaccination services. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of our corporate vaccination programs and additional initiatives.

Position Overview:

As a Team Administrator for Corporate Vaccination Services, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative processes crucial to the success of our programs. Additionally, you will manage tasks related to SiSU Health Group, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support API corporate vaccination services by managing administrative processes, including the issuance of coupons, sending invoices to corporate partners, and transferring remuneration to API-branded Pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with corporate flu partners to issue coupons and collect invoice payments, ensuring seamless communication and effective partnership.
  • Work closely with Health Engine to generate remittances and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Drive administrative tasks essential for managing the Pinnacle Pharmacy Services Program and any upcoming pharmacy programs.
  • Manage SiSU billing and invoicing for seamless financial operations.
  • Aid in the movement of health stations to new or de-branded pharmacy stores within SiSU Health Group.
  • Record and pay invoices within trading terms, ensuring accurate financial transactions.
  • Coordinate training events for various Pharmacy Services training programs, including booking venues, paying invoices, and managing staff travel needs.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports as requested to support informed decision-making.
  • Handle general administrative tasks as required to maintain operational efficiency.
  • On-charge invoices to franchise partners and relevant outsourced services.
  • Provide team support by assisting team members with overflow tasks when available.
  • Offer administrative support for the broader Digital Health and Innovation team.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates that possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • Proven Administrative Experience: Successful candidates should have a track record of effective administrative support, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector. Prior experience in managing billing, invoicing, and handling corporate vaccination services is highly valued.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organizational abilities are a must. Candidates should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, pay meticulous attention to detail, and ensure accuracy in all administrative processes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ability to liaise effectively with corporate partners, flu program collaborators, and team members is crucial for success in this role.
  • Financial Acumen: A sound understanding of financial processes, including recording and paying invoices within trading terms, is desired. Experience with on-charging invoices to franchise partners and outsourced services is a definite advantage.
  • Team Collaboration: Successful candidates should be team players, willing to provide support to team members and assist in managing overflow tasks when necessary. Collaboration is key to maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Digital Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software is required. Familiarity with digital health and innovation initiatives will be considered a strong asset.
  • Initiative and Proactivity: We seek individuals who take initiative and proactively contribute to the success of our programs. The ability to drive administrational tasks, coordinate events, and provide valuable input is highly valued.
