Join the Team as Technical Platforms and Security Lead
Our client is a leader within the Collection industry and is seeking a forward-thinking Technical Platforms and Security Lead to join its team. Reporting to the Chief Information Technology Officer, you will play a pivotal role working closely with key stakeholders and leading operational implementation of their client's architecture and security infrastructure.
Your primary objective will be to ensure stability, scalability of all client platforms, aligning them with the business goals and regulatory requirements and to develop and enforce robust security measures protecting the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of Salesforce and related platforms to support growth and performance objectives.
- Mitigate risks associated with the Salesforce platform, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers and contractors ensuring optimal performance and minimising risk
- Develop and enforce robust security controls to protect the network, cloud application platforms and data against cyber threats and security breaches.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining all service quality and security standards.
- Develop and lead incident response plans to effectively handle security breaches and threats.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and clients to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Must have demonstrated experience in Salesforce platform architecture, customisation, and integration.
- Strong background in cybersecurity and incident response.
- In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
- Excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Salesforce) are highly desired.
- Understanding of data infrastructures and system architecture.
- Experience with credit functions, finance, and accounting is desirable
