About the Role
This role is based at the Morwell campus and focuses on empowering participants to achieve education, training, and employment goals, you will:
- Provide one-on-one coaching and facilitate group learning activities.
- Build strong partnerships with employers, schools, and community organisations.
- Deliver tailored vocational guidance and training programs.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting and quality improvement.
You are passionate about helping people achieve their goals and thrive in education and employment. You bring a positive, solutions-focused attitude and can build trust quickly with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
You’ll have:
- Experience working in an outcomes-focused environment with a track record of supporting participants into training or employment.
- Strong understanding of the challenges and barriers faced by jobseekers and effective strategies to overcome them.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and motivate individuals.
- Experience in career planning and guidance, plus confidence in facilitating group learning sessions.
- Ability to develop partnerships with employers, schools, and community organisations to create opportunities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to inclusion and empowerment.
