Our valued State Government client is seeking an AO3 Business Support Officer with Accounts Payable experience to join their team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support and assist with a range of operational and financial tasks to support service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception coverage, including managing mail, packages and phone calls
- Assist with fleet administration including vehicle bookings, logbook checks, fuel invoice reconciliation and odometer updates
- Maintain and record files using Content Manager
- Perform spare computer updates and other ad-hoc administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Mandatory Requirements
- Accounts Payable experience, including coding invoices using chart of accounts and job numbers
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Highly Desirable
- Customer service or stakeholder engagement experience
- Understanding of asset management or project lifecycles
- Ability to identify issues and propose solutions
- Strong organisational skills and reliability
